OW

What the heck? My left calf hurts so bad that I limp when I try to run. Something tells me I shouldn't try to run through this. Not this week! Not so close to the marathon! I HAVE to do the long run this week!

Try stretching it out really deeply. Is it an ache or like a pulled muscle sharp pain? It could just be a knot that you need to stretch and massage out.

Do you have the Stick? I have found that helps me a lot when I have a knot or something that feels like a knot. and ibuprofen, but i'm sure you are already familiar with that. you'll be good, don't worry. think positively!
