Having abandoned my attempt at a marathon three years ago due to injury, I am now charging myself with getting back in the running shorts. I'm out of shape, overweight, and very unhappy about it. Watch me change!

I've been doing pretty well with my exercise. I did a 30 minute (1-mile) walk yesterday. I am wanting to do my 60 minute (4-mile) walk later this week...depends how I'm feeling though. Female issues are coming (probably Thursday)...so if that is on schedule...then I won't be doing any exercise till all is over with that.
Thanks for coming over and visiting, Julie! I will have to remember to pray for you while you try to be faithful to your healthy eating and exercise while you're planning a wedding!
I'm excited to get back to the pre-training for the marathon. I feel like a slug these days.
