I've been doing pretty well with my exercise. I did a 30 minute (1-mile) walk yesterday. I am wanting to do my 60 minute (4-mile) walk later this week...depends how I'm feeling though. Female issues are coming (probably Thursday) if that is on schedule...then I won't be doing any exercise till all is over with that.

Thanks for coming over and visiting, Julie! I will have to remember to pray for you while you try to be faithful to your healthy eating and exercise while you're planning a wedding!

I'm excited to get back to the pre-training for the marathon. I feel like a slug these days.
